About Erica
I am a born and raised native of Wichita, KS. I have lived in this community my entire life and have dedicated my working career to serving our community. I am a proud Alumni of Wichita State University and earned a bachelor's in business. Before starting my new adventure in Real Estate, I worked in Human Resources for 20 years, acting as a matchmaker, liaison and problem solver for job seekers, employees and companies. While Human Resources was very rewarding and fulfilling, my true calling is in Real Estate.
My love for Real Estate started developing when I was a child/young teen. My late mother was a Real Estate Agent and taught me everything she knew about the industry. I remember doing my homework at her office, while she wrote contracts, tagging along putting out signs, or going on home showings with her! My true passion is in Real Estate and helping you find your perfect dream home. A place you can call your own and can retreat to after a long day at work. A place that brings you joy and happiness, where you can raise your family and build life-long lasting memories with your loved ones.
It is my solid promise that I will dedicate all my abilities to helping you and your family with all your Real Estate needs. I will give you my undivided attention and listen to your needs and wants. Your needs matter to me! Many people trusted me with their employment needs, hopefully you will trust me with your Real Estate needs. I am ready to serve you with your homebuying or selling needs. I am a proud member of the Keller Williams Signature Partners family, and we value hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service. I am a full-time agent, who is constantly studying the market and advancing my knowledge and training. I completed extensive training through the Realtors of South-Central Kansas, and I am an Elite Certified Agent.
When I am not making homeownership dreams come true for my clients, I enjoy attending and serving at my church, watching Chiefs football and WSU Basketball games, and cooking for and spending time with my friends and family. I am also involved with a couple charities that are near and dear to my heart, the local American Diabetic Association, His Helping Hands and The Salvation Army. I have two amazing children. One is 19 and is type 1 diabetic and is currently enrolled in college. She wants to be diabetic counselor, and help juvenile diabetics deal and cope with the disease of type 1 and 2 diabetes. My youngest daughter aspires to be a veterinarian or an anime creator. She is in honor classes and is talented in music, vocal and instrumental.
